"Michigan's Le Grand Magistery is turning into the imprint to watch for
glamorous, international baroque pop. Stylish pop freaks will line up round
the block for sex-crazed songsmith Momus and Vogue pretty Kahimi Karie, but
the real excitement of the evening is that French-born, London-based pop
genius Louis Philippe is making his NYC debut at long last. Those who've not
heard his bossa nova kissed French pop-damaged Beach Boys friendly pop songs
should by his new "A Kiss In The Funhouse," and then get in line here. Don't
